2nd Team win the League

2nd Team win the League

Huge congratulations to 2nd team Captain  Anthony Wain and his 2nd Team players who have won the Midland League for the 3rd year running, a magnificent feat, something we have not achieved since 2002. There has been a superb spirit over the last 3 years, this was started by the current 1st Team Captain Malcolm Brown and has beed continued in great fashion by Anthony.

Anthony now steps up to 1st team vaptain role next season and whilst not yet confirmed we are delighted that one of the stalwarts of the 2nd team is taking over.

Nottingahmshire are in a great position and whilst the 1st team did not achieve the heights of last year, we have a depth and wealth of players which will see us continue to challenge for the titles.

The Union is very proud of the achievement of the 2nd team this season.
