MEN’S PAIRS REPORT

The Notts Pairs Championship was played today at County course Wollaton Park, there are both Nett and Gross prizes.

The course was presented in superb condition as it has been all season, however conditions were very difficult with strong winds all day.

The Nett winners were:

James Charlton & Mark Surtees (Rushcliffe GC) with a Nett 66

Runners Up were Alastair Mclachlan & Clive Bentley (Hollinwell) with also a Nett 66 losing out on the back 9.

In 3rd spot were: Richard Stark & Rob Harrod (Chilwell Manor GC) with Nett 67.

 In the main event, there was some good scoring with the following winners:

1st Place – Ashley Norwood (Coxmoor) & Dean Reddington (Sherwood Forest) Gross 68

Runners Up – Mitch & Carter Newton (Coxmoor) Gross 69 on the back 9.

3rd Place – Liam & Alex Taylor (Sherwood Forest)
