MIXED FORTUNES FOR THE COUNTY BOYS U18’s
The morning foursome were played in great spirit with very differing results. The Notts boys ran out 4-1 winners against Lincs, but had a 1-4 defeat to an excellent Northants team.
The afternoon singles matches were much tighter but Notts were always up against it with Northants running out 7-3 winners – the overall match score being 11-4
In the singles against Lincs, the home boys fared much better and with wins for Lennon Albans, Matt Fox, Jacob Mitchel and Sam Jacklin they won the match 8.5 to 6.5 overall.
