MEN’S & LADIES CLUB HANDICAP COMPETITION REPORT
The winner of the Men’s event was Robert Browne from Worksop GC who shot a Nett 71 and in Runner up spot was Chris Brady from Edwalton GC who shot a Nett 74, in 3rd spot was Michael Clow from Chilwell manor GC who shot a Nett 75. In the ladies event which took place immediately after the men’s, the winner was Katie Wong from Oakmere Park GC who shot Nett 72, runner up was Judy Walford from College Pines who shot Nett 73 , in 3rd place was Beverley Taylor from Serlby Park GC who shot Nett 76 with a better back 9. This ends our season at Oakmere Park as County course.
A special thanks to Oakmere who have proved perfect hosts, the course has been presented to a very high standard and a credit to the club.
We also thank the members of the club who have given up the course time and time again.
We now move to Wollaton Park GC as County course in 2023, we would like to encourage players to enter the events we host. You will enjoy the days, I am sure.
