NOTTS NIPPERS WIN AGAIN
NIPPERS SUCCESS CONTINUES
The annual mini “Ryder Cup” between the Notts Nippers and the S&H Peewees took place on the 24th Aug at Norwood Park GC.
The course was in excellent condition and then weather stayed fine for the 24 under 12 participants.
The morning fourballs was a very tight affair with the Nippers just edging the results 3.5 to 2.5.
In the afternoon singles it was again very tight with each side winning 6 matches each so the overall result was a 9.5 to 8.5 win for the Nippers who retained the Trophy.
Well done to Charlie Annable and his great team – look forward to returning to S&H next year.
