BOYS CHAMPIONSHIP REPORT 2026

There were 38 players for the 36-hole event and 20 players for the handicap event. The 36 hole Championship contained 6 of our squad who will be representing the county in the boys final on 25th -27th August at Goswick GC.

Gross – 

1st place Champion – William Psenko 145 – Sherwood Forest GC

2nd place Champion – Joel Hall – 146 – Worksop GC

3rd place Champion – Dan Credland – 149 – Retford GC

Under 14 Champion – Charlie Annable – 158 - Rushcliffe GC

Under 16 Champion – Will Psenko – 145 – Sherwood Forest GC

Under 18 Champion – Luka Sissons – 151 - Rufford Park GC

Handicap Championship

Winner – Ethan Bolt – 67 nett – Radcliffe on Trent GC

Runner Up – Jesse Doughty – 71 nett – Worksop GC

3rd Place – Ellis McGregor – 72 nett – Rushcliffe GC

Again, many thanks to Wollaton park GC for hosting the event, we are truly grateful. As usual they were perfect hosts, with the welcome and the golf course in excellent condition, what more could the county ask for.
