COUNTY BOYS BRING IT HOME.

After almost 25 years of trying, the County U18 Boys won the England Golf Boys County Championship Midlands Qualifier at a baking hot Trentham Park GC on Wed 27th May.

The team of Harry Banner, Theo Nelson, Will Psenko, Toby Smith, Leo Price and team Captain Aaron Morley brought home the trophy after a nerve wracking 2 rounds - every boy contributed to the fantastic win. 

Leading by 1 point after the morning round, the boys dug deep and produced some excellent scores in the afternoon - none more so than Harry Banner who sunk a 2 foot putt for par on 18 to confirm a 2 stroke win.

The boys now go forward to the English County Finals at Goswick GC at the end of Aug.
