Mixed Pairs Report
The Mixed Pairs took place at Beeston Fields GC on Wednesday 19th June 2024
A total of 32 pairs entered the event, as with most courses currently scoring proved difficult. With a combination of very little run on the ball and quite difficult rough, every course in the county is a challenge.
The pairing of Simon & Charlie Hall from Southwell, prevailed with a very respectable score of 41 points. Edging out Rushcliffe pair Martin Chattin & Kirsten Fulton who scored 40 points.
There were 5 prizes in total, the other winners were as follows:
3rd – David & Julie Rose – Rushcliffe – 39 points
4th – Roy & Wendy Morris – Rushcliffe – 39 points
5th – Peter & Linda Spencer – Worksop – 38 points
Many thanks to Beeston Fields GC for allowing the county to host the event. The players were most complimentary about the condition of the course which was presented beautifully.
Next years event will take place at The Nottinghamshire GC
